Shipping Policy
1.Order Processing
Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way.
2.Ship Time
Orders placed before 4 o'clock during store hours Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped the next work day we are open.
When your order is ready for shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
3.Delivery time
Estimated delivery time:7~15 days
4.Shipping Cost
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using YunExpress. Flat rate shipping fee of 1~3.07 dollars applies to orders shipping to all location.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wanggan Tech is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5.Refund,Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return after checking.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@cdwgkj.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not China, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@cdwgkj.com.
If the product you purchased is a free shipping product, we will refund all the fees you paid. If the product you purchased has additional shipping, we will only refund the cost of the product you purchased but not the shipping fee.
Please bear the costs incurred by return and exchange. We refuses to pay the costs incurred by returning goods. If the product cannot sign for the return and exchange process due to cost issues, we has the right to refuse return, exchange and refund.
